This is 2 little wall hangings i did to go alongside my marble stacks. A mix of bark, plastic and bubble wrap casts! and some textures i added myself.

Playing with alginate again, yeyyy. Pleasantly surprised with these 2 bits! going to incorporate them into the marble/mushroom stacks! Texxtturrreeeee

Combined the mushroom press with the marbles and texture and built it around a bowl!

Used the same mould for both of these and spent time smoothing the sides and trimming them to look perfect. Really like the form of both! Prefer the textures one but the smooth one also has some appeal although it looks like a bunch of grapes!

Got given some Porcelain slip to play around with in a workshop so had a go with some of the moulds I'd already made. Unfortunately they cracked because I didn't realised how fast they would dry out! I loooveee how clean and smooth the one of the left came out! its really impressive and I will defiantly use that positive in another project but for this one I feel like it needs a texture and I want to be able to put it on myself whilst its wet!

Putting the textures onto the shapes, really pleased with these samples!!! Feel like it gives them the finish i was looking for and and excited to do it on bigger bits!
